Treatment:

Information: prior to surgery to the prostate both partners should be informed that RE is likely to occur, and that the absence of ejaculation is not harmful, and that the ejaculate will be passed out in the urine after intercourse or masturbation. Erection is not affected. It is important to seek supportive counselling for you and your partner, as you should continue to have sexual activity which should remain pleasurable for both of you.

Infertility: specialized treatment is available that should enable pregnancy to occur, so ask your doctor to refer you to an infertility clinic.

Medication: RE due to disease of the nerves due to diabetes can be treated with medication, so do mention that you are experiencing RE when you see your doctor.
Change of medication that may cause RE may relieve the problem.
