Fetish
A sexual fixation on a concept, object, or body part. A person with a fetish has a compulsive need to use the object in order to obtain arousal, orgasm and psychosexual gratification through masturbation or sex with a partner. Common subjects of fetishes are: leather garments, shoes, silk and body parts such as breasts and feet. Fetishists are generally men and it is rare in women.
In general, fetishists have difficulty in establishing intimacy and often lead isolated lives.
