Circumcision

The roll of skin that covers the head of the penis in uncircumsized men is called the foreskin. Male circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin

In some countries and religions the foreskin is routinely removed soon after birth or for reasons of hygiene or religion. In some cultures boys are circumcised at puberty.
Male circumcision does not make a difference to their lovemaking
All circumcisions should be done by trained, skilled persons under hygienic conditions to prevent transmitting any infection including HIV.

Female circumcision invloves the removal of the head of or all of the clitoris and sometimes the vulva [the lips surrounding the vagina]. This can have a severe negative on sexual function and even affect chilbearing. It is illegal in most countries in the world.
