Anal Intercourse/anal sex

Is the insertion of the man's penis into his partners rectum. Before anal intercourse some people clear their rectum with a small disposable enema and use a lubricant like K-Y Jelly or saliva, and 'bear down' -or push to make entry easier. Forced penetration can cause damage to the tissue in the area. Because this area naturally contains bacteria which can cause vaginal or bladder infections, the penis should not enter the vagina after being in the anus. Therefore, after anal intercourse it is advisable to wash the penis or put on a new condom before engaging in any oral or vaginal sex. Anal sex with an HIV infected partner has been the reason for many recorded cases of AIDS. The inserting partner should always use a condom to avoid infection. Anal intercourse may no longer be considered as abnormal as long as both partners agree to it, it is consensual and not forced or forceful.
